If I had one buddleia this would be it. A lovely combination of blue-violet flowers in open sprays with grey-green pedicels and peduncles Jul-Aug. Easy. vase-shaped 2-3m. Nothing comes near it in blueness. I reckon it's some kind of infertile hybrid
