Pale blue or white orchid-like flowers May-Jun, fans of pleated foliage on bamboo-like stems, 45cm. Hybrid I.confusa x I.japonica, J.N.Giridlian, 1936. Flowers last two days but over a month or more. Formerly wrongly sold here as Iris wattii.
